Well it's official. Moved to a new house and lost a bunch of corals in the process. Don't know what happened exactly. I think one of the sinularias or a zoo colony may have released a toxin after it died in the move. Or it may have been caused by unstable water params after the move and the fact that I went BB in the process. I also originally hooked everything up to an improperly grounded circuit, and the ground built up some charge and leaked stray voltage into the tank for a couple days. What else could go wrong???
I lost 2 sinularias, RBTA, galaxea, trumpet, devil's hand, toadstool leather and a few other softies I hated anyway. Most of my SPS survived in some form or another. I only lost half of a large baby blue elseyi colony, a pink mille colony (saved a frag), large portion of my purple-rimmed cap, blue humilis is all gone, and my beloved green mille is completely dead (she was my favorite!). Weird thing is, the large established colonies went first, and the smaller frags seemed almost uneffected except for some browning.
I now have the tank stabilized and the rest of the SPS are returning to normal. Hopefully, within a couple years my tank will look as good if not better than before.
