Are these snail eggs? Sorry about the quality of the photo. I just have a sony cybershot dsc-v1 and they are the best I can get.

It's hard to tell from the picture.
Do they look like this:

If so they are harmless feather duster type worms.

They look like this when they come break free from the constraints of the egg type thing. Again the best photo I could get and I tried for about 30 minutes changing settings on my camera to get this photo.
How would feather duster worms be laid on the glass?

Like a lot of invertebrate sea life, the feather duster worms go through a free floating/swimming plankton stage. I assume they just attach to the glass, rocks, etc. at the end of that stage of their developement.
Here's another link with these worms (Spirorbid):

I've had a ton of these, though after a while they disappeared. Now they only seem to show up in my sump.

So the spirals are possibly spirorbid worms. And the first two photos are nerith snail eggs?

A good friend found that link for me.

Sounds like nerite eggs as well. I've never had nerites, but from that link you sent and this link it looks like it.
