this showed up on the front glass of my planted marine tank - pretty cool but no idea what it is
about 1/8 inch long - larger end would rhythmically balloon out as if pumping water through
sorry about pic - could only post itty bitty pic or way too big pic

Keri, oh no... it appears you got flat worms. These multiply quickly and will concentrate in low flow areas (corners) of the tank. Get tanked in Spring Hill had an awful breakout of these about 2-3 months ago.
Best of luck.

These are predators on pods and wont proliferate. Dont worry about them.

cool, received confirmation in invert forum - flatworms
Saltycreeper - thanks for info
BankerJohn - thanks for the input - but they are only in my planted tank (I don't share water or equiptment between any of the tanks) and as far as I know are not a problem unless you get a sudden die off from a huge population - same risk as my cucumber - could release toxins if it dies
So far I have id'd chitons, peanut worms, limpets besides the regular snail, crabs, and bristle worms - getting to be pretty diverse in there
