I just found calcium cloride pellets at our locat home depot store :D in the pool section at the Windsor home depot.

This stuff is in pellet form simmilar to the Kent turbo calcium. A 7 lbs container cost only $12.00 the brand is Pool Time and is called Calcium hardness increaser. They also sell ph increase/decreaser and Alkalinity increaser but I haven't look at the chenmical makeup yet so I can't confirm.

maybe this can be use to make the 2 part calcium/buffer simmilar to Randy Holmes Receipe in the Chemistry forum. When am done changing the tank, I will test the calcium for amonia, phosphate, calcium ect. If it turns out ok, then this could be use to increase calcium like Turbo calcium by Kent.

Now the question is who got the amonia and phosphate test kit ???? :D :D

Cool, if this works out we can make our own two parts calcium mixture to compliment the calcium reactor.
