Job opening

There is an opening for Volunteer Webmaster for the BARE club.

I was tentatively doing it with Gusty's help. After some effort, I put together some work that evidently isn't up to par.

Specifically, I've been notified that my graphics "totally suck" by Matt.

Rather than lower the club's original sans pareil standard of web, graphic, and interface design, I surrender any claim to working on the site.

Gusty is a pro designer, others are web tech support specialists, etc. and evidently the club has a design critic, so I'm sure the site will survive the injury it has sustained at my hands.

Rather than delete the current logo and leave a broken link, I offer it as a placeholder until something decent is put in it's place.

Someone else please take up the task. Thank you. :)

Unless someone has an objections, I'll take this over. I'm still in the process of moving, but should be able to get some work done this friday.

One thing that will be important is keeping me informed. The web team up until now has not been involved in any of the club planning, and this is fine. I/we do need to be in the loop once things get decided though, and I'm not going track down the next meeting information. Keep in touch with me and I will update the site in a timely manner. If I haven't heard from anyone when the next meeting is, I'm not going to just make something up.

As soon as it is decided, let me or someone with rights to upload it know.

We should all thank Jake for his effort, this stuff is a lot of work.
