I got home from the meeting, went to my congregant's 50th wedding anniversary, came back and tried to log on to www.bnarc.com I had to shut my computer down earlier in the day, so I knew I'd have to log in. I entered my login and password, but it was rejected. I knew that I was having difficulty logging in with my laptop, but presumed it wasn't wanting to have two machines logged in with the same id. Now, I cannot get my primary machine logged in with the correct user name and correct password. Help! Am I officially kicked out? :eek1:

Peace

Kevin

You've been booted!!!

Just kidding....I'll go over to the BNARC site now and place a post about your problem. I know Kurt and his family were going to dinner, but maybe Ben can take care of you.

Hang tight!

Wow, Michelle, if I knew that membership was dependent upon the election, I would have bought more votes! ;-)

Thanks for following up.

do you know how to clear your history and temporary internet files? if you do, i'd recommend trying that and then trying to log in again. there are people posting on the site, so i don't think anyone else is having the issue.

Yea, but you're like the election official. I may be brazen, but man, I'm not THAT brazen.

I tried to create my user id and password today and it has not sent a confirmation e-mail, this is my second attempt with two different screen names.

PM me your names and the one you want to use. I will see what I can do.

I still haven't received a confirm e-mail, should I just try re-registering?

Matt I just checked and it does not seem like your completing the registration process. It does not have your name listed in the temporary users database (which is where you would be stored until confirmed if you completed the registration). Please try registering again and be sure you complete all the steps. If you register and dont get a confirmation email(this only takes a couple mins), try re-registering. If you get an error that says that name is already taken, that means you are now expecting a confirmation email and your profile is now stored in the database waiting approval. If you dont get an error saying yoru name is already taken, that means your not completing the registration correctly.

If this continues to be a problem let me know and I will build your account manually if need be to get you going. Thx!
