Well, the landlord finally decided that the 90 was just too big. AS such, I have downgraded to a 60 Cube.
Here's what's for sale:
90 Gallon RR custom glass. Center overflow w/ 2 returns. Drilled for closed loop w. 2X 3/4" intakes and 2X 3/4" outputs. constructed of 1/2" glass w/ 3/4" bottom.
Stand. pine and 2X4 construction. not a super flashy stand, but nothing I mind keeping in the living room.
Matching cabinet. for storage/ topoff, etc.
Lights: 6X 54 T5. Not a TEK, but it really puts out the light. Had no problem keeping a crocea on the bottom of the tank
Skimmer: MRC MR1 beckett powered by Gen-X 6000. really pulls out the crud.
pumps. Gen-X Mak 4 on the closed loop. Quiet one 3000 return pump. about a year on both.
Rock. Probably about 150#

--Also, will throw in several zooanthid/mushroom frags
other stuff: heaters, test kits, gravel vacs, any other extra stuff I have laying around that you want to take.
I would like to sell this as a system just so I don't have to bother with tearing it down. As such, my price is rather flexible, and any reasonable offer will be entertained. If it doesn't sell, I will probably part out.

Also more than willing to consider full/partial trades for stuff for my 60 cube (lights, pumps, CA reactors, etc)
