Anyone want a Reeflux 12k?

6 month old bulb, I never liked the look, too much blue for me running on my magnetic ballast. If anyone wants it to check out the color, let me know. I ordered one of the $23.99 10k bulbs off ebay for my planted tank, I'll let you know how it looks.

New bulb is in and I think I burned my retina!! SSOOO much brighter than the Reeflux!!!! Who wants it?

This new bulb is awesome!! $23.99 on ebay. To give you an idea of how bright this thing is, my freshwater planted is 24" tall, filtered through peat and has a large bottle of blackwater extract in it to give it the tea colored look. I would assume this would make it much harder for the light to reach the bottom of the tank. BUT, I am getting extreme pearling on every plant including the leaves 1/2" above the substrate!! Amazing!! The tank looks like a bottle of seltzer water right now, better turn up the CO2.

If you still have the bulb I would love to give it a try. I will also pay for shipping. I cant get enough of the blue look and I really dislike my ushio 10k bulb, plus they are due for a change
