I use GE 100% silicone 1 for windows and doors. My plexiglass baffles have never come apart.

I read not to use any silicones with mildew preventives. All of HD silicones have it. Petco or Pets Mart.
HD and Lowes carry Aquarium safe silicones that are labled as such, Petco and Petsmart will have same product at alot higher price

I've used the GE silicone window and doors II many times, never had a problem. Dont use the kitchen and bath because those have the mildew stuff that is bad. I believe the difference betweent the GE silicone I and II is the II is a better bonding agent for glass to glass applicataions. the GE I will work just as well but is not as strong once cured.
