I used to have a flower pot like that. Unfortunately, they really like having cruddy conditions. As I solved my nitrate problem my flower pot began shrinking. What a drag. Who knew that good water could have such bad side-effects.

wait...so those things need bad water? or do they just need to be fed often, and crappy water usualy has food floating in it? lol..cuz nothin in that tank looks crappy :)

You could target-feed to the same extent. But as a filter-feeding critter, it thrived under nutrient-rich water. Believe me, I had lots of other corals, it was just that this was one of the few LPS I had that was really going full-speed-ahead. It had even started shooting out junior flower-pots until it started having issues.

I have a 175watt metal Halide pendant 13,000k Thank You everyone. My camera is a canon sd100 3.2 mega pixles Not very good but there is a nice auto focus button and with a steady hand you got good pics.
