regal tang disease ID

Can you please help me ID this disease on my regal tang? About a week ago I noticed that my regal has big white spots all over his body. He is eating well and had him since last May. I'm keeping an eye on him and it seems like it doesn't get bothered by it. Can this be Amyloodinium (Oodinium) or maybe brooklymella? Anyway I'm readying my quarantine tank just in case. Thanks for the help.

How big is big?
It can also be helpfull if you post the tank specs and what else lives in there.

The spots are about the size of a toothpick and a little bigger. I have a desjardini tang with it. The tank has been running for about 2 years now and size is 125 gallon with lps and sps. Water parameters are excellent, so I'm just wondering what this thing is. Hope you can help. Thanks.
