Hey all you Aquarists! The Sacramento Aquarium Society is putting together a mega auction/swap meet on may 7th. This is for fresh and salt, including live goods and equipment.

Here are the details

Round Table Pizza
9500 Greenback Lane
Swap between 5pm-7pm
Auction begins at 7:30pm
Prebook tables for $10 each
30/70 auction split to members
50/50 auction split to non-members

Swap Rules:
Reserve swap tables by emailing benjamind89@comcast.net
Items need to be aquarium related
You are free to trade any way you wish
You may add you untraded items to hte auction, or take them home

Auction Rules:
1.Check in all items between 7-7:30 pm
2. Number items sequentially and with seller's initials (e.g. BD101)
3. Juvinille fish must be sufficiant size for positive ID
4. Live items must be bagged (No ziplocks) $1.00 rebagging fee
5. Sellers must properly fill out an auction check-in form (available on website or prior to check-in)
6.Label equipment with condition (working, broken, missing piece)
7. Label bages with
-Sepeices/common name
-number of items in the bag
-sexes (if known)
-minimum bid (if any)
-Item number
8. proceeds split as listed above
30/70 auction split to members
50/50 auction split to non-members
(memberships may be bought at the meeting)
Items may also be donated, with 100% profit to SAS

So, i hope to see you there. This is a ghreat way to sell/swap frags, macro, unwanted fish, extra equipment, and much more. Hopefully we can get a mix of fresh and saltwater items, especially nice for those of us who dabble in both. BTW, this is at the same location as SAS and MARS meetings
