I have a 230g tank that was given to me by Rob from Aquatic Reflections that I really don't have the time to setup or the desire to sink money into right now. The tank is free, it is glass though and it is very very heavy, it took four of us to load it into my truck and we were really straining. This is the tank only no stand, their is a crack on the botom seam of the the tank. It does not affect its ability to hold watter. It was running for six years with not problem with crack. It was sealed pretty good and I have sealed it a little more. It is a beautiful tank. It is a german style tank with clear glass, us americans use glass with a green tint in it. This provides an ultra clear tank. Any of you that had been to Aquatic Reflections old location in Dublin have seen this tank. It was his main show tank. E-mail or reply to this if you are interested. I have two brand new Hamilton 2*400 watt ballasts with 4 400watt 10k bulbs, reflectors and sockets that I would be more then happy to sell with this. It is all brand new and most of it has never even been open. I also have one brand new Dolphin Ampmaster (new in box) that I will let go along with a 50g glass sump. Let me know!

Dang, how did you know I swore off glass tanks when I lugged our 180g out :D . Sent you an e-mail. If no one claimed it yet I will. I may just have to set up a large predator tank, maybe a little shark hmmm...

Or if Doug backs out, maybe I can take it. What are the dimensions? I have room for a 6' long tank, but probably not an 8' tank.

Justin,
If not spoken for, Ron and I are very interested... we are in the planning stages of consolidating all of our tanks.

I'll take it I'll take it!!! Ok, seems I'm too late. But, I have a question for you guys at BARE as I'm relatively new to the Bay Area's reef keeper scene. What is difference between BARE and SeaBAY? Are you members of both or is there a competiveness between the two? Any info would be great. Thanks.

Up from the dead!

Justin gave the 230g to Doug, who gave it to me.

Now I want to give it to you! Get the 230g tank out of my garrage! I live in Brentwood.

.... You have GOT to be kidding me! Is this thing like really that big a beast that when you got it in your garrage you realized you had to get rid of it?! I don't even wanna look at this tank for fear of getting some kind of curse or something. GL Anthony.

Bump. Still available. Preference given to someone who has a truck and friends to move it out of my garage.
