Hey guys,
I was reading this article: http://www.tankblogger.com/ViewSlideShow.aspx?SSID=5
I was figuring that if I get that non-drilled 55 I could drill like that. Do you think I need a drill press? or would a hand drill be ok?

Also do you think these bits would be ok? Its what they used in the above article http://cgi.ebay.com/45mm-Diamond-coated-drill-bit-bits-hole-saw_W0QQitemZ6567178132QQcategoryZ4843QQcmdZViewItem
Thanks Paul

Paul, if you use a cordless drill you will be better off. You need to use water when cutting the glass,so play it safe, and use a cordless drill. I have a small drill press if you want to go that rout. I think those bits would work fine. Ted

Paul,

I think it would be easy. I want to get a 20 gallon and drill it. Here is a link that has lots of info.

If I did it I would use a cordless drill and keep plenty of water on it.

Good luck,
Chris
