They are good for single ended, us DE guys get nothing. No pretty pics. lol

I understand that. To effectively use these sites your need to know what PAR is and how it applies to lighting and with how color spectrums work with absorbtion and what colors you want to come through stronger.

I will try to come up with a link for a discussion on PAR.
