New fins

I do not dive (would like to some day) but I ran across this in the October Machine Design magazine. ScubaPro has designed a new dual blade diving fin that reduces diver fatuge and reduces air consumption by as much as 40%. You all my already know all about these but I thought that I would let you know if you didn't. :)

There are many fins which claim better efficency, but this is a very hard thing to actually quantify. I wouldn't put much stock in advertising claims. That said, Scubapro does make some good fins, generally considered to be some of the best.
