We don't seem to have a place to post links to other threads that is consistant....so let's use this one.

This post is a good example....the inverter could have torched the guys house.

Thanks, this is (actually) useful information. I know some people recently have been interested in making or buying inverters for their systems. Dave Playfair has a good design.

Also, I think your idea of links to other threads saves everyone time, effort, and re-quoting mistakes. How do you add a link? Just copy and paste from the address bar?
