Here are pics of the frags that I am raising. I mounted the frags tonight and shot these pics. I will update how they are doing in this thread. Additionally, I will try and post pics of the mother colony so you can see what we have to look forward to. :)

I had hoped for a better follow up post but the turquoise did a RTN on me. :( So far the only part to RTN was the piece I mounted horizontally but the upright piece had some loss at the base so I made a superglue bandaid and will wait and see.

The Horrida is doing great. Happy polyps.

Kirsten, I have a coral that was sold to me as a Turquoise Lovelli, its grown a bit since this picture, its currently at a friends house but you're welcome to a frag.

I also wonder sometimes if the "Tizardi" is a Lovelli, or vice versa. They look almost identical. Prop is welcome to a frag of that. They are both at least 2 generations tank raised.

Thanks for the offer David. I will bring that up with the BOD as they make those decisions. ;)

To me the Lovelli looks a lot like ORA Turq Stag.

Prolly is, I'm terrible at ID's. ;-) I know for certain the second one is a Tizardi, if you want it. It came from gkrane, who got it from Patrick Monaghan. He's been beat the hell but he's tough. Also I can contribute some Tubs zoos if PROP wants to dabble in that.

I was referring to the one in my second post. ;)

Yes......PROP does want those pieces. Especially the Tubs as the farmers are now growing out non SPS........YEA!!!!!

FYI, this is what it looks like when its healthy. These came from the same momma. I had it close once, but then the red bugs hit.

Here is an updated pic of the Horrida. It grows pretty fast.

The one with greenest polyps.

Horrida....I got this in March and have fragged it twice for auction. Truely a fast grower.

I also house a Blue Cali tort we got from Ed but I forget to snap a pic so I will post one tomorrow.

That horrida does grow quick! This is the little nub of horrida from Kirsten's tank that I got in the raffle at the June auction (pic taken 06-16-06):
