Frag Swap Hitchhiker Crab - Friend or Foe??

Had a great time at the Frag Swap! Noticed this little guy in the aquacultured tonga coral that I won. I managed to get him free of the coral. Does any one know what kind of crab he is? Is he reef friendly, or will he make my life miserable? He's about 3/8" big including feet.

Two things to look for in an acro crab (or should I say, two things to avoid) :

hairy and/or blue eyes

Either one will spell trouble for your acros.

I have one of those. I thought it was a stn on the colony, but then it moved.

I'll go take a look at it again, and if it looks like above, it'll go into my sump

raddog dont put it in your sump, just get rid of it... I seen them take down large fish at about one inch
