Dive options... Cay Sal, Honduras?

My wife and I are in the planning stages of a dive vacation. We wanted to know if anyone had heard anything about Cay Sal or Honduras as dive sites? Liveaboard is an option for Cay Sal.

Our other option is the Keys in FL. Thoughts anyone?

I have family in Belize. I love it there. They have the second biggest barrier reef and i actully walked on it. I am definately going back this september. Look at this
