Scratches in glass tank

Greeting all,
I got a used 110g oceanic tank. There are some Scratches on the front of the tank. The tank is a week old and before I get too far I wanted to find out 1) if they can be removed 2) if they can be done with water in it. 3) If I can do it myself.

The scratches can be removed but only while the tank is empty if you are referring to the inside.

Yes they are on the inside. The tank is only 1.5 weeks old and I figured I would rather drain it now and get it fixed than wait until it is established. Is there an easy way for me to do it myself?

Any info would be great.

I have polished glass with diamond pads the same way granite and marble are polished. You need the right tools. I might be able to help out.
