Ruck Brick in Sarasota on 12th st sells rock he may be able to get you some or has some...

I think also some people put crushed coral in a corner to help with ph
and just take it out and change as needed

anothe guy on ebay sells what he calls holly rock from Texas or he used to
I know nothing about it says it helps ph

watch lace rock from what I have read..... it will trap to much stuff
and cause problems

I'll call Ruck Brick tomorrow to see if they have any. We are going to use the CC as the substrait do to the success he had in his 30 with it. To combat the trapping of debris/detritus we are installing an UGJ (under gravel jet) system. It's basically a pvc line run under the gravel with 8 outlets that stick up thru the CC and a pump on one end to create flow on the bottom of the tank. Fairly easy to make and quite effective at keeping debris suspended in the water colum.
Thanks for the info.

I finally found some lace rock. Keven at K-D's Aquarium was able to get it for me. Really nice rock for a cichlid tank.
Thanks again Kevin
