next available meeting?

hey ya'll

I was wondering if there would be any interest in coming to stpete for a meeting? I would like to host one and show our reef as well as have a frag swap and or fragging lessons. I love going crazy in my tank with a razor blade lol.

i could offer a BBQ and stuff since i know it would be a treck for some but all and all its not a bad drive. maybe we could go to a few of the local stores to make it more worth the trip.

i am in stpete.

right off the highway. i used to have my office in Sarasota on fruitville road. it took me about 40 min door to door. it is a straight shot so the ride goes very quickly.

Brian mentioned a possible joint meeting with the Tampa club next month.

Some place in between Sarasota and Tampa (can't think of the name at the moment) that used to be wholesale but now also sells retail.

I have sent a email to Chris of the Tampa Club to try to find out some info...Man I miss a meeting and all the good stuff happens. Does any one have any real info like date and times, directions??

I believe the meeting is at Life Oceanic and will be the 3rd Saturday. They mentioned at the Tampa meeting trying to meet there with the Sarasota group.

Wayne Corbin from Tampa Bay Reef Club will be hosting (coordinating)Feb meeting. The meeting is at Life Oceanic in Appolo Beach and will be the 3rd Saturday at 2 pm and will include a tour of the facillity. It's a good location for both clubs to do a joint meeting. I haven't heard yet weather Wayne has been able to confirm the date and time with Life Oceanic.

Brian, thanks for responding here. I got your cell phone number the other night and was going to give you a call to see if you knew any info. I have tried to contact memebers thru the Tamp Club website with no responses. So the 3rd Sat. makes it the 18th.. I will call you to see if you know anything else or who I can contact to find out any information. Sorry for my lack of response lately folks. I have started a new job and do not have the time that I had previously during the day (actually during work) to post or be on line. And the evenings have been crazy also. I will get it together soon hopefully......

:( sorry to anounce the meeting at Life Oceanic had to be postpond to March. I just spoke with Wayne Corbin and found out the schedule didn't work out for Life Oceanic for Feb. and had to be rescheduled for March. :(
