Has anyone every done a DIY reflector for MH's?

i think that you could do it easy by just bending aluminum. but all the angles in the parabolic reflector are specifically designed to shine as much light into the tank. so by doing a diy one it might not reflect enough light.
but it might be worth a diy, if you do it we can add it to the site

Ok, I have a few other diy's I want to do and let you guys put on the site. A powerhead into a tunze is one.

cool, I was the the URS meeting and a reefer there had nice reflectors for $5 each and bought four and then another reefer wanted two of them so I sold him back two. Great idea on the Tunze..

wish I would have known. Yeah the tuze deal is with a maxiejet 400,600,900. When I get one I will do it. WOnder if it can be done with any powerhead?hummmm

Not sure and I think is done with Maxi because is small and strong.

Yeah was thinking that. I here this DIY does a better job than the seio's.
