meeting for swap: Organization

Seeing how we only have a litte over a month to get organized for our swap. I will be holding a meeting at my house. I would prefer to hold it on a monday around 7. I am looking for a date that all the board members can attend. Other members are welcome too. the date are either: 1\23 or 1\30. This meeting is for raffle prizes, collecting adminssion, food, duties people will do and ect.


please let me know what date works best asap

Hi,

We might just be a little bit after 7, I have set it up at my work that on our meeting nights to get out a 1/2 hour early but not sure if I will be able to for next Monday or not. Will try. Should be there like 7:15 at the latest.
