Hi Reefers.

The glass views of the 30G just became so marred by these tiny things! A one gallon jar of water looked so milky as the little creatures were flicking over the place. I siphoned some out but there's still a whole heap of them left...on the back glass now.
What happened was.....I left the glass without wiping it (magnetically) for a while. The live sand bed is whitish so they were probably all in there, all this time. With the fuzzy algae on the glass, they had something to crawl on and not slide on the normally smooth and clean surfaces.
My buddy added some small rocks in the back of his +100 gallon tank as a refuge and potential breeding hut for the copepods.
my fishies don't seem to be bothered with them.
If only the brine shrimp (which my fish love) could be cultured as easy. Oh well...it's been great so far.
