lighting for 6G bow

[hardasaroc]

is a 28W 50/50 coralife fixture good for for my 6 gallon bow?

Some of the corals i was thing of holding are:
frogspawn
candy cane
hammer
button polyps
star polyps
and just some stuff along them lines.
