Looking for bulkheads locally. I need ones that will accomodate 1" plumbing. I need like 8 of them.

Pool place, hottub place? I've never seen 'em for sale locally so I'm guessing.

I tried to call around a while back, but no one seemed to know what the heck I was talkin bout. I'm probably better off ordering them, but that takes longer.

Yup, Marine Depot, Foster n Smith, etc. You'll get 'em in a few days.

i'm not sure if they have what you want, but whenever i need any plumbing stuff, i always go to a local Handyman Harware. Not sure if there's one by you. there's one in warren and one in mckinley heights that i use. they know their stuff and have most everything i need.

I'll check the ones near me. I'm assuming that when you say 1", you mean 1" pipe? So that the hole in the tank will be 1 3/4". Right?

Yes, 1" pipe.
If I get some free time at work (yeah right), I'll try calling some more places. I'll let you all know if I find anything. If not then I'll have to order them.

BTW, Stacker and I have decided to wait to chop up the tank till I get the bulkheads. We wanna be sure of hole sizes, and wanna do it all in a day or two.
