Nephthea Frags

I lost my large nephthea colony recently. I believe it may have got a bacterial infection after I did some sand removal recently. I lost one stalk completely and had to frag up the other. It apears all signs of the infection are gone, so I have some frags to give away.

I kept the 2 largest frags for myself to re-start the colony. I have a total of 4 frags left, 2 are spoken for, the other 2 are available for free to anyone who wants to pick them up, I'll give preference to supporting club members.

Frag 1 - Scott
Frag 2 - Mike D
Frag 3 - ?
Frag 4 - ?

Greg, yes you can have one, just let me know when you want to come pick it. Don't forget... google is your friend when it comes to coral info too!

Any day this week should be ok, best if you can come by between 4-6 PM. Give me a call first to make sure I didn't get stuck at work.

Things are doing ok otherwise, I need to get my sand removal finished and leave it alone for awhile.

hey Jake... sorry.... been installing a new computer system at my wife's job and I haven't had time.. working from 6 or 8 am till 10am at her job, then working at the record till 6pm and then heading back to her job till midnight... but I think in a day or so I'll be free to come get that!

how big is yours mike? he gave me a 8 inch frag, pretty healthy and attached right away.

Glad to hear the frags are doing well. Whatever had happened to the coral, fragging it appears to have saved it.

Luke - are you sure I gave you an 8" frag??? I must have gave you the other piece I was saving for myself :) that's ok I'm glad it went to a good home. Most of the frags were 1-3" when open.

Hey luke did u see that thread on mars were a guys selling his monster nephtea for 20 bucks its huge looks like the one john has at twins that he wont sell.
