I called Nate back today and he is one of those shy people who is been reading in RC but won't type much. He told me he lives on a street that i see one section of it from my window and he is few blocks from me.

He has very nice 120 gallon tank and I'm sure he can give everybody better idea about his system.

Welcome nate4546 and we would like to learn from your experience.

yeah,, you don't want to blind your fish with the flash :d I won't like it if somebody put flash on my face when I'm a sleep, not that wife does not do that once a while.

Had to look for this one. Trying to hold the kid from going to the kitchen and bothering wife ended with a nap. This is christmas day when everybody got up early.

Do you think the sailfin and the chevron will fight when I add it?

zooqi

Is one of those things and specially in that size tank they might a little and then give up or you might lose one of them. They might start tail fight but not sure how they are. The good thing is that you are adding sailfin second otherwise they tend to be more aggrissive than chevron. You might want to watch the size you add. I had before when I added two fish at the same time but they were same size as the one in the tank and not smaller.

Nate,
I'm intersted to see if we can rid your tank from aeolids nudibranch. I can setup a tank for your zoanthids (all of them ) and bring your zoanthids here after fresh water dipping them for a really long time and then the once you have in the tank should start starving and go away in at least two weeks. I would like to see if this help and is up to you. Last time I saw your zo's they looked like they were stressed and eaten.

Yes that is what I want to do but I did not have the extra tank to move them into let me know when you want to come get them...I recently read a thread on here that was claiming some wrasse would eat the nudibranch..It was called the seagrass wrasse.but I think the best way to get rid of them would be remove all the zoos from the main tank and dip them everyday and let the rest starve

The best will be to move the zo's to a diffrent tank instead of dipping the coral everyday or every other day. I can setup a tank for you and just for you to put your corals in there in my basement with just regular light on it today or tomorrow.

Yeah from what I have been reading to just take them out of the main tank and isolate them is the best move (starvation).
