I've had a lot of problems with my tank lately and am looking for a real pro who I can hire to come to my Pikesville, MD home and help me get my tank straightened out.
I've got some serious detritus and hair algea issues on my live rock and probably need a re-design of the water flow, among other things. Fortunately, my yellow & hippo tangs are fine, as are the two clowns, coral cats, mandarine, and puffer. No fish casualties in over eighteen months. However, my anenome is no more and soft corals have bit the dust. Very frustrating.
I do 20% water changes every two to three weeks, water quality is rather stable, and the skimmer skims. I just think I need a good one-on-one consult with a pro who knows what he is doing and can figure out what's going on here.
Can anyone recommend someone in the Pikesville (Baltimore) area? Thanks.
