UNIT:
I responded in the main forum. Bottomline w/o a scientific name i can't help you. Common names could describe a number of morays w/ black outlines. I do have a few ideas but I'd be only throwing out ideas

Simple enuf....
Max size:53.0 cm TL (male), found mainly in lagoons/Abundant in seagrass beds and banks from 10-19 m depth. Rarely found in bays; absent from coral reefs.
Distribution: Western Atlantic from southern Florida to Texas and Yucatan in Mexico, but most common west of Mississippi River Delta.
