I recently did a trade with Chip and found him to be a very conscientious and responsive seller. Although both of us were ready to do the trade, he preferred to wait until the weather was a bit better for the animals. I didn't have to chase him down later either, as he reached out to me when it was time to ship. Everything arrived in good condition and the snails were hard at work within a couple minutes of being placed in the tank. All around a great trade and would recommend him to others.
