Next Meeting Date

We are planning on Holding are next meeting In January most likely towards the end of the month and I want to get a feeling out for the best night that we can get attendance. S M T W R F S
And also times. If January is a bad Month for people we'll push it out to Febuary but I don't want it to go any later then that for Our next Meeting.

I would like to have something that we can gather before a bigger meeting to have something to present. The first weekend in January is bad for me anyways I have a wedding to attend in Pittsburg Pa. But you guys are free to meet without me I can give my agenda to Jen or Doug and you can go over it with the other members.

Well that was what I was counting as the first weekend since the actual first weekend is New Years and I don't think we'll get anyone then.

Hey all, sorry for joining a little late. Yeah, February sounds great.

because of advanced brain fade, I will not promise being there but will try my best.

When I get around to it, I will have to post some new pics, we had a ton of tanks donated to us along with a bunch of freshwater equipment and chemicals. I am being over run by freshwater goodies right now (not my fav. but the kids are really into it.)

Friday evening is best for me. Saturday and Sunday afternoons are difficult for those of us with kids most have some sort of sporting event at which, for some reason, parents need to be there. (40 years ago we all played pick up games and it was just fun, now it's a NBA training ground....but i digress). Rather than ruling by consensus it might be best to pick a given day and time which would be teh same each month. i.e. first sunday of every month at 1 PM at Hot Magic Wok. Just a thought

good call on the kids and the day suggestion, the rest of us will either bend and make it or not, but in either case have a meeting
they are mostly fun!!

I am in the same boat with the weekend bit. I can do weekend evening now because the marning/afternoon is filled with Softball, basketball and soccer practices & games. When the softball season starts in late spring/early summer we will be out of town often because it is a travel team.

Most Friday nights work for me except the second Friday of every month.

Well lets do the First Sunday of Every Month at 6pm at Magic Wok. Does that work for everyone. So the next meeting will be Sunday Feburary 5th. I'll send out the group email this week.

Crap never mind... I forgot. There just so many dang events or holidays to plan meetings around. We'll normally plan on the first sunday at 6pm at Hot sizzling wok, but if that seems to fall on a holiday or some special day like Super Bowl, world series games, or College Bowl games, or the Big Ohio State Michigan game weekend we'll make it for the following Sunday at 6pm. So we'll make it Sunday Feburary 11th at 6pm. Need to put in all of those contingencies.

I don't know why anyone didn't catch it but Sunday is the 12 of Feburary so the meeting is on Feburary 12th at 6pm at the Hot Sizzling Wok. I'll be sending the mass email from the individuals that signed up for the newsletter this weekend. For all the offical information.
