Anyone seen anything to get excited about in any of the lfs, I made my rounds monday didn't see much, could use a couple fish in my 180 for something else to feed I mean look at..

pet palace had some good looking coral banded shrimp..i'm thinking about going back for one after i read up a bit on them

Went L&L Tuesday, Kathy wouldn't sell me anything out of the saltwater room until around 2:00PM when her so called "saltwater experts" came in. She wouldn't even let me turn the light on in the room to look. I left and went to pet palace! To say the least, didn't find anything there. I guess I will make a trip to emerald bay.

L & L got sw fish in Monday 5 Copperbands a couple Wrasses blue tang can't remember what else. I'll check back later in the week to see what survives.....

I usually got a week or 2 out of them. Such beautiful little (dead) fish. I have, like many others, lost other fish, but so many dead from the Ghetto.

Copperband bit the big one, This makes the 3rd fish in a row that I bought from L & L that lived 4 or 5 days and then died guess I'll buy elsewhere in the future :-( ................

That seems to be the way it goes with their fish. Even their damsels don't survive long.

I have a clown from L & L that's 3 years old...

And I have a diamond goby from there, but these both seem to be hardy fish. Especially clowns. I've tossed all my clowns that I've owned around like lab rats and never killed one.

Don't get me wrong I've bought fish there that have lived just not lately.

Be very careful about buying water from anyone. You have no idea if they change their filters. I might take my TDS meter up there one day and see what's going on.

L&l sucks. It stinks and its dirty & most of what they sell is cheap swap meet equipment.
