The Home Depot in Madison use to stock it but you had to have the right name which wasn't Southdown but same company same stuff. It was stored away and not out on open display.

The HD here in town had it this summer. They keep it year round out in the garden center, so you might have to have them go out and get it. I might have 2 bags in my garage.... I'll check tonight for you.

Really, I was watching HD all summer and never found it. If you see it again let us know as I am planning on a larger system in the near future.

Thanks.

Sorry, don't know what happened to the bags, but i did find a small pile where some leaked onto the floor *grrrr*

It was on the second row, take a left, walk to the end, look on the end cap.

I don't know if they had any more, but I picked some up last Feb for a friend to use for his kids to make an indoor sandbox for them..... Then his cat found it, and litter box it became!

The HD in Grafton doesn't have any. I could use a few bags too, as I'm almost to the point of ordering something. My wife is getting concerned, this tank has cost me about $2000 already, and I'm first putting water in it now. She ain't seen nothin yet. lol

i heard awhile back the east side gb home depot had some?? doesnt fosters and smith have no weight shipping on there sand and live rock now?its a pretty good deal. from what i have heard you dont want southdown in your tank if you want a lot of flow because of the size of the granules. its quality is good because carbi-sea buys from the same company southdown does from what i am told something like marcona industies from florida good luck on finding some i only have like a 1/4 bag left from making oystershell/sand rocks
