premium membership and search

Does having a premium membership let you use the search funtion all the time? or is it just a little better than free membership?

I use it all the time and have never had a instance where I couldn't use it. I use it just to keep you non-premies from being able to get on it.

Yes. It allows you to use the search function all the time. And your file /pictures storage space increases.
