Nice pics! What kind of camera are you using. Those are pretty close shots.

Macro mode, 1/2-3/4 zoom, never full zoom!
All auto other than that...use tripod with camera leaning against glass of tank for stillness.

Wow. I just bought a new computer and the pictures through this mnonitor are very dark compared to the iMac I was looking through before. I bought a HP Pavilion 750n, decided it was time to move from mac to PC. I will have to get some new photos. Wish I knew why there is such a difference...

Most of the difference is in the way the mac controls it's color pallet vs the way a PC controls the color pallet. That is why most of the top notch graphic artists I know use a mac. They can change the color pallet on their own and not be stuck using what they get with a PC. They can also adjust the color pallet of the printer too so they can match the printer to the monitor and truely have WYSIWIG :)
