For those who missed the October meeting we discussed the option of holding bi-monthly meetings. The group agreed that this would be fine for now. There are 2 primary reasons we decided to do this:
1) All of the BOD are extremely busy with our careers, which equates to not having enough time to put into the club for monthly meetings - AND we are short handed at the moment with the Treasurer and Secretary position open (Secretary is pending).
2) Lately attendance has been lower than earlier in the year.
As the situations change for the BOD and club attendance we will re-address how often meetings are held.
