I posted this in the NORA section also--- just learned about the TRAC section....

I have a black long spine urchin that I'm giving away

The pic above shows him in my 72g bowfront that I'm taking down (I've moved almost everything over to my 135 now if you are wondering why the tank is so bare)

He is moves around the tank a fair amount and his spines are 3" to 4" long so its probably best he be put in a fairly large tank...he can move into some tight spots when he wants to.

I had 3 urchins but only want to keep 1 (I already got rid of one of them)-- just been trying to decide which one to keep.... I got these off of Pferboy (aka Paul) when I bought his 135 gallon tank a few months back.

I will say that he does eat algae off your rock and glass (INCLUDING CORALINE) so if you don't have much or have trouble growing coraline, you may not want him....

If I don't get anyone to take him in a week or so I'll be taking him to a LFS and will just give him to them to sell.

I live just west of Toledo... if anyone wants him you can pick him up or we can meet someplace as long as I don't have to drive too far.... just respond to this thread and or PM me.

Little bump--- last chance-- I'm taking him to an LFS tomorrow if nobody wants to claim him....
