20g+Built in Filter

What do you all think of this 20g setup? They are selling them on Premium Aquatics. It looks like you can get the 150W HQI also.

Yeah, I would get the HQI and 21" Length limits you to what they sell unless you got a 20" which would be low powered for a 20 gallon if you know what I mean. I would also rip out that rain tray system and put in a baffle and a fuge.
