Nano lighting is cheap

I'mm using a 26w curley PC in a regular clip lamp on my 5.5 gallon tank. But the bulb is too long so it glares all over the room :( .

So I stopped at a lighting store to look for a fixture that would work. Ugly lamps cost a $100 :eek1: I started looking at the prices of regular run of the mill household lights and was shocked. For the price of some of those ugly fixtures I could put a deluxe mh/actinic/moonlight fixture over that tank.

I was at Home Depot a few days ago checking out their light fixtures/lamps as well Agu. I was really surprised at how much common household lighting costs nowadays. I got 150w VHOs on my 20g for the cost of what a desk lamp goes for these days! :lmao:
