Minibow 7 lighting

I'd love to swap out the stock lighting on my 7 (nothing is set up yet)... but I'd rather just be able to slip in a bulb retrofit kit within the stock fixture. I know it was doable with the CSL kit but it's no longer available. So I'm clueless. Does anybody have some "easy" suggestions - or what can simply be screwed in with little modification? Ease being the word of the day....

Probably will be setting up a 15h with my 96w quad retro, but hate to pack away the minibow 7 simply due to my non-skill with lighting.
