fish needs help

bought a cleaner shrimp and added it to my tank. after acclimation i added him. my tono and hawkfish started picking on him. he eventually got setttled down. left home for some errands but when i came back he was gone. looked but no luck. further investigation i found the head with the tono and the hawkfish with that thing in his mouth. will he be ok or i need to fish him out and manually remove it? http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a267/katbalog/th_IMG_0682.jpg (http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a267/katbalog/IMG_0682.jpg)

It should digest the shrimp on its own. Hawks will eat just about anything they can get in their mouths. I guess it was a little late to tell you that.

hawks do have a big mouth and can chase everthing in the tank..ps they love shirmp.
