I'm working on my lighting for my soon to be finished 29 gal reef and am planning on t5. I have an Icecap 430 lying around that I know can run 2 24" t5's. There's been some speculation that It can even run 3, but from what I've seen it hasn't been tested yet. For the time being lets say I have a choice of only 2 bulbs on this system.

What two bulbs should I use?

BTW my inhabitants are mainly softies, some lps and some monti's.

thanks

I've only got two t-5's on my tank right now, both are the bulb above...there are some recent tank pics in my gallery.

Nice pics! I notice you have several sps in there. Have you had them long? I'm curious about the colors. Your orange monti and purple/lavender rim cap have some nice color as well as the blue acro. I was concerned with just 2 bulbs if this would be enough to maintain colors. What type of reflector and ballast are you using.

thanks

I don't see it.
This is the bar with the little check mark that lets you know when someone is online right? Then has a PM button, then a search, then buddy, then edit delete.
