The meeting will be at my house (Stockton) since we'll be doing soldering and assembly and what not. You can PM me for my address - I repeat PM me for my address :) This is going to take place on Saturday, September 24th around 12:00 noon.

The plan is to have a couple of stations going where Lak and I will lead groups in building the moonlights. We will have some of the work already done to speed things along. We're thinking about doing a pot luck lunch, I'll BBQ some dogs and links. If everyone can bring something it's appreciated (no alcohol please this is a family event) but not mandatory. The club will pay for sodas.

As we have done in the past for any meetings at a member's home I would ask that you leave your young children with the sitter unless you can keep an eye on them throughout the meeting.

This is open to anyone who wants to come, we have enough supplies to build 20 moonlight-nightlights and I'm sure we'll have extras. If not at least you'll be able to get the general idea of how to build you own - but I'm sure there will be plenty to accomodate.

Happy Reefing,
Jacob.

Thanks Jay. I'm planning to just grill up some dogs and links since they are quick and easy. If you can bring a cooked side dish, or one that doesn't need to be cooked that would be cool.

Oh, on Jason's request I'm bringing petite potatoes stuffed with artichokes and lemon. It's one of his favorites, and I normally only make it for group gatherings. If you would prefer, I can bring my Mendocino chicken salad.

I want to thank everyone for coming out and making this a really good time. I want to especially thank the following people:

Lak - Great job on the design and build! I know how much time you put into this project.

Darlene - Let me just say, thanks for keeping Lak on task!

Minh - Thank you for all your help today, you are possibly the most valuable non-BOD member that any (and all!) clubs have.

All the BOD and regular club members who came out, thanks for bringing yourself and the food! I had a really good time today and everyone is welcome to come any time. I don't know how everyone ended up with margaritas, or how the meeting lasted six hours but we might have to try that again some time :)

Sandra took some good pics today, we'll get them posted on the website soon and let everyone know.

Was alot of fun. Thanks to Lak for a novel 'moon light' design and Jake/Sandra for providing _the_ venue.

And, wow, Minh is handy with a soldering iron and a push-down router. Man has talent...

Great job!
