How about adding some color? Just a rough example.

How about a powder Blue Tang. I agree about the recognition of this species but he powder blue has a lot more color.

Besides that I am down with whatever. Also, when we get our t-shirts made remember the more colors the more the shirts. Business cards, information sheets, ...

The shirt I was wearing at the meeting is a sample of a shirt the girl can do for us. It is kinda a generic clownfish, and currently priced at 10.00 per shirt. That was a special deal for the club. In having a logo put on the shirt, it first has to be made into a digital image by the company and the sticthing programed to a disc. Cost around 200.00 for the company in Nashville to set up our logo on a program. They already have the clownfish on disk, that's how I was able to get it.

This one is probably just for print and web - too complex for shirt embroidery

Sea turtle would be cool. I have never seen one on a logo for a reef club. Maybe too big of a species, but I like the idea.

You guys are killin' Dave with this anti Y-tang talk. I'm with AP on the powder blue logo. They have a live one at the ghetto store that looks pretty good if someone was in need. It's been there for over a month. If you were worried about the normal life span from that place it's already exceeded it.

Not sure where the ghetto store is, but if it's the one I think it is with a yellow tang that's been there awhile, all the fish I've ever gotten there have out lived the fish I have gotten from the other two stores. Does the "ghetto" store still have that lionfish? I want him sooo bad!

OK where is the ghetto store? How about a simple fish with bright coral behind it. I saw one somewhere that had like a sea fan or something and you could make it any color from white to purple.

Jer's pretty smart. We talked about it a little at the last mtg. I haven't seen a lion there for a while, but Caleb has one.

Salty, is the 3rd store downtown? I wasn't thrilled with their supply or response to my questions. I don't guess they need to sell to stay open there. Guess I shouldn't base my opinion on one trip, but all the other times I've tried to go they've been out for some reason or another during regular hours.

Hey, there's always PP. I think his stuff's been looking better lately.

Are we within range of the end of the month or do you think that it is going to take longer?

Ok. Where are we? I want to get invitations out on the counters at the lfs. If you are close with a design I will hold off. If it is going to take a little longer I will go ahead and get the notices w/o the logo on it.

it's not looking good, my computer isn't reading cds, so i can't add this photoshop program to my computer. i'll try it at my girl's place tomorrow. i've got 2 or 3 rough concepts in my head, it's just a matter of getting them in a jpeg.

does anyone know who did mtrc's logo?
