I ordered a protein skimmer from PetStop.com a week ago and paid for second day air. Today I called and they still haven't shipped it out. I called and talk to a guy name Mark, who claims he is the owner, and told me no refund for shipping was available, because it wasn't his fault the company didn't ship it out. In the mix he lost his cool, and I just want everyone to know how big a of jack-asses they are. And please support me and do not order from there!
