This is being post here as some club members of M.A.R.S. are also members of WRS

Dear WRS members and future members-
With the fall meetings starting up soon and new leadership,
Some changes are being put into place, as well as some past ideas
being kept.
We will still have a $25/year yearly membership fee.
The membership will run September to September.
New membership will be pro-rated at $6.25/quarter for people joining
after September.
Your membership will include:
1. Opportunity to attend meetings at
people's homes and see first hand different
setups/equipment in action, corals grown under
different lighting, make new friends, visit with
old friends, have a good time, learn about the hobby.
2. Opportunity for giving and
receiving advice/help when needed from people that
you actually know, many with lots of reef keeping
experience.
3. Opportunity for members to have
first chance at swapping corals, free frag
giveaways.
4. Opportunity for joining in on
local "group" purchases to benefit from bulk discounts.
5. Discounts at several retail places.
6. Gift certificates for hosting
meetings.
7. Discounted trips/events/conferences
such as Shed Aquarium, IMAX reef related movies,
IMAC, etc
8. Opportunity to test and report on
various products that the club purchases/has
donated.
9. Yearly club sponsored BBQ/family
outing where the member's whole family can attend.
10. Opportunity to join in on special
raffles
11. Opportunity for new members just
starting out to receive free frags to get them
started into the hobby
The next meeting is going to be held September 17th
in Milwaukee at 1pm.
