Calcium

What's a good Ca level? I tested mine using SeaChem and get a reading of 360. If my memory serves me right, isn't 450 where I should have it?

Yours is a little low. I'd shoot for somewhere between 400-500 with 450 being the ideal level. Since you don't have a lot of calcium loving stuff yet it should be fairly easy to maintain. Have you noticed any corraline growth yet?
